Terms of sale.

These are the terms that govern the purchase and use of digital products sold on skipdfluff. They are written short, because the products are short, and because the readers are the kind who appreciate that.

1. What you're buying.

A digital file, or access to a digital service, as described on the product page. Not a physical object. Not a course. Not a membership — unless the product page says it is.

2. How long you have it.

Ebooks and one-time downloads are yours to keep and re-download from your confirmation email. Subscriptions last as long as you pay for them; you can cancel at any time and keep what you've already exported.

3. Refunds.

If a product doesn't land — the file is broken, the writing isn't what the page said it was — reply to your receipt within 14 days and we will refund you without asking for a reason. After 14 days we ask that you email us anyway; we will usually still refund you.

4. Sharing.

Personal use. Please don't post purchased files publicly. If you want to share a book with a friend, email [email protected] and we will send them a gift copy.

5. Jurisdiction.

skipdfluff is operated from the United States. Orders are processed in USD. Taxes, where applicable, are calculated at checkout.

6. Changes.

If these terms change, we'll note the date above and email anyone with an account about the material changes. We won't apply new terms to past purchases.
